Starbucks Workers United Strike

It’s official: Starbucks Workers United, the union behind more than 9,500 baristas across 550 Starbucks cafes, is on strike! On 13 November, our green-aproned comrades will be hitting the picket line if the corporate heads of the company do not agree to a contract, which would include fairer wages, better hours, and the immediate reinstatement of their embattled leadership. As of NOW, SBWU is calling on comrades to come out to support their Downtown Disney strike tomorrow, Thursday 13 November, from 4:00-5:00PM. Attendees are strongly encouraged to park at the Anaheim Garden Walk (where the first hour of parking is free) and walk to the protest at the intersection of Disney Way & Harbor Boulevard.
